NOTICE TO BIDDERS
Housing Rehabilitation Program Single Family
The Community Development Office will be accepting bids for the rehabilitation of the following single-family residences:
1. Knapp Ave.
2. Prince St.
3. Grand Ave.
4. South Aspen Rd.
Basic work consists of General Construction. Any plumbing or electrical work performed in the City of Middletown MUST be completed by a licensed City of Middletown plumber or electrician. Contractors must have Certification of Completion of Lead Safe Work Practices ** and EPA /RRP Certification.

The Pre-Bid meeting to be held on September 24, 2025 beginning at 3:00 pm is mandatory. Precise locations will be included in the bid packets.
Bids are due on Friday, October 3, 2025 at 4:00 PM
The public bid opening will be held in the Community Development Office located at City Hall, 16 James Street, 3rd Floor, Middletown, NY 10940 on Friday, October 3, 2025 at 4:00 PM
We reserve the right to reject any and all bids.
