Request for Proposal: Security Camera Systems
The Fayetteville Housing Authority (FHA) is soliciting proposals from qualified & experienced vendors to survey our three Public Housing properties and install Internet Protocol audio-visual security systems.
The RFP document will be available at https://fayettevilleha.org/bids or upon request by contacting: Chonda Tapley, Executive Director via email at admin@fayettevilleha.org .
Questions concerning the RFP may be addressed to Chonda Tapley, Executive Director via e-mail at admin@fayettevilleha.org .
Proposals must be emailed to admin@fayettevilleha.org and will be accepted until Monday, April 21, 2025 at 4 PM CST. Incomplete or non-compliant proposals will not be considered.
The Agency reserves the right to award contracts to multiple offerors, to reject any or all bids, to waive for all applicants any information in the specifications or bidding process or to cancel in whole or in part this solicitation if it is in the best interest of the Agency to do so.
