Request for Proposal: One-Stop Operator for North Central Arkansas Workforce Development Board (NCAWDB)
The East Arkansas Planning & Development District is hereby soliciting Request for Proposals (RFPs) for a One-Stop Operator in the North Central Arkansas Workforce Development Area.
Acceptable proposals must come from qualified providers. Interested parties must submit a written request for a copy of the RFP. The written request may be submitted by mail, email, or delivered to the following:

A physical copy of the RFP is available for pick up at the above address or the RFP may be sent by mail or email. The NCAWDB reserves the right to reject any and all proposals. All proposals considered for funding must be received at the above address by 12:00 p.m. (noon) on Friday, May 2, 2025. One (1) original and four (4) copies must be submitted. Specific requirements are outlined in the RFP. Funding is limited and is WIOA Title I funds. Funds utilized for the purpose of responding to this RFP are the sole responsibility of the proposer and shall not be included in final or actual funding amounts.
Workforce and Innovation Opportunity Act (WIOA) programs are federally supported 100% by the U.S. Department of Labor as an award totaling $2,510,087 with $0.00 (0%) state, local, and/or nongovernmental funds.
