SECTION 00 11 00 – ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
Sealed bids from licensed contractors for construction of Renovations To Garrison Park, 716 Garrison Avenue, Fort Smith, Arkansas, will be received by the City of Fort Smith at the Planning Department Conference Room located on the 3rd Floor of the Stephens Building at 623 Garrison Avenue, Fort Smith, Arkansas until 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 15th, 2025, and then at said location publicly opened and read aloud.
Work includes sidewalk demolition, construction of new sidewalks, landscaping, installation of string lights and support poles, and new park benches.
There will be a non-mandatory Pre-Bid Conference for all prospective bidders at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, April 8th, 2025. The meeting will be at Garrison Park, 716 Garrison Avenue.

All Contractors must be licensed on the day of the bid submittal. All bidders shall conform to the requirements of Arkansas Contractors Licensing Law for Contractors. There shall be only one (1) bid submitted per State Contractors License. Bidder’s license number shall be indicated on the bid form.
