The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to facilitate the selection of a qualified design consulting firm to evaluate traffic calming measures, design proposed improvements, administer public outreach, and prepare construction bid documents. Firms submitting a response to the RFP are required to state their understanding of the project and experience with similar projects.
