Description

This requirement covers the supply and installation of six kitchenettes at the U.S. Embassy in Madrid, Spain. The project will include furniture and appliances.



The solicitation is expected to be issued on or around September 8, 2025, via SAM.gov. The Contractor shall furnish all managerial, administrative, and direct labor personnel to perform all services as required in the contract.

The performance period will be stated in the solicitation.

A pre-quotation conference/site visit is planned. The date will be included in the solicitation.

The Government intends to award a contract to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror who is a responsible contractor. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed-price type contract.

In accordance with DOSAR 652.242-73 AUTHORIZATION AND PERFORMANCE (AUG 1999), all contractors must possess all permits and licenses required to do business in Spain. All offerors must provide proof that they already possess said permits as part of their offer.

All contractors have to be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to contract award pursuant to FAR provisions 52.204-7. The guidelines for registration can be found at https://www.fsd.gov/gsafsd_sp
