Summary
General work description: The requested contract will require an evaluation of the current needs of the VTA BSVII project and provide a plan to meet the needs of the printing services for the VTA BSVII project. The ability to add and remove multifunction printers and services as the project changes during the contract period are required. Eleven (11) units are currently used and Contractor must have the ability to add additional units during the overall period of the contract, subject to additional funding.
