Synopsis
MoDOT is seeking qualified contractors to remove existing EPDM roofing, flashing, cover board and insulation then install new insulation, cover board, and TPO on Building D. Contractor to remove existing shingled mansard roofing to sheathing then install furring material and metal roofing panel on Building A and D. MoDOT will receive bids electronically through MissouriBUYS, via mail, UPS, or FEDEX. It is required you contact the buyer of record via email logan.wilbers@modot.mo.gov five (5) business days before bid closing if you intend to submit a hard copy bid. Site Visit attendance is required for bids to be accepted.
