Scope

The LPR system to be installed by the Contractor in four (4) vehicles must capture and store digital images of license plates and use character recognition algorithms to identify and store plate characters. The data collected must include license plate numbers, date, time and location.

Contractor’s support staff must be available onsite during installation, configuration, and initial operation. Ongoing remote support should also be available for troubleshooting as needed.

Proposed units and accompanying software must meet the needs of the County based on the information provided in this RFQ document. Proposals should include information about all hardware and software attributes including, but not limited to:

  1. Hardware specifications and features;
  2. Software functionality including hosting solutions;
  3. System requirements for hardware/software;
  4. Available training;
  5. Maintenance/Warranty coverage.
