Project Description: Online sealed Bids will be received by the Bucks County Water & Sewer Authority via the Pennbid Program until 10:00 A.M., prevailing time on the 17th day of February 2025, at which time and place they will be publicly opened and read for the following:
ELECTRICAL SUPPLIES 2025

The term of this contract is two (2) year beginning upon execution of the Agreement by the parties to the contract. Upon written agreement, this Agreement shall be awarded for one, or two year period at the Authority’s discretion.
Each proposal must be accompanied by a certified check or a Bid Bond payable to Bucks County Water & Sewer Authority, in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid price.
Bids must be submitted unconditionally. No bidder may withdraw bid within sixty (60) days after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids.
The Authority reserves the right to waive any informalities, or to reject any or all bids.
