Solicitation Description:

The objective of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to solicit responses from potential Respondents to provide a Risk Analytics Subscription – Supplier Risk Management Tool

to Department of Information Resources.


Only respond to this solicitation for items conforming exactly to these specifications will be considered in determining an Award.

This IFB requires a HUB Subcontracting Plan (HSP) for bids >$100,000 .  Any bid submitted that meets this threshold must include a correctly completed HSP or it will be disqualified and not considered for evaluation.
