The City of Greenville is requesting sealed bids from qualified contractors for the interior cleaning and pressure washing of multiple City-owned parking garages: One City Plaza Garage, located at 34 Richardson Street, Greenville, SC 29601; Poinsett Garage located at 25 West McBee Avenue, Greenville, SC 29601; and the Spring Street Garage, located at 316 S Spring Street, Greenville, SC 29601. Planning and scheduling for this project is critical and will be coordinated with the successful bidder.
A MANDATORY pre-bid meeting will be held at 10:00 a.m. EST, February 5, 2025. The meeting location will be the first floor of the One City Plaza Garage, located at 34 Richardson St., Greenville, SC 29601.
Bids will be received until 2:00 P.M. ET, February 19, 2025. Promptly thereafter, via Microsoft Teams teleconference, all bids that have been duly received will be opened and read aloud. The deadline for questions is 2:00 p.m., February 12, 2025.
