This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items or services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.207, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is 75H70725Q00084 and is issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ), unless otherwise indicated herein.

This solicitation is set-aside for Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE) pursuant to the Buy Indian Act 25 U.S.C 47 as the first (1st) tier. If IHS, does not receive reasonably priced offers from Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE), IHS will then evaluate quotes and consider award to other small business concerns, as second (2nd) tiers.
