Description:

Cherry Hill Township is seeking the services of Municipal Advisor to assist in the compliance and development of financing alternatives for the following:

ANY ISSUANCE OF DEBT

All past, present and future issuance of bonds, bond anticipation notes, emergency notes, refunding and/or refinancing and any other municipal obligations and other financial studies as may be deemed desirable to the Township if and when necessary. In addition, the role of the Financial Advisor is to serve as the Township’s consultant on debt financing projects, provide independent financial advice and serve solely at the interest of the Township and manage the note and bond financing process and negotiate key points to accomplish the Township’s objectives.

The Municipal Advisor will also serve as Dissemination Agent. Responsible for providing annual continuing disclosure compliance services.

Qualifications:

Evidence of registration as Municipal Advisor with the SEC and MSRB and compliance with MSRB Rules G-1, G-2, G-3, G-23, G-37, G42, G44 and D-13 as amended. List at least one individual associated with firm who has passed the MSRB’s Municipal Advisor Representative Qualification Examination (Series 50).
