Project Description: Replace gravel surfaced, built-up asphalt roof with two-ply modified bitumen roof system, along with flashings and sheet metal trim on 14,430 square feet of roof area. Replace skylights with double pitch, metal-framed skylight and provide structural modifications to receive new skylight.
