Project Description: The City of Vancouver is seeking proposals from qualified firms/individuals for consulting services to evaluate the City’s emergency response readiness to allow buildings up to six stories that have (1) a single stairway, and/or (2) combustible light framed construction and providing technical guidance in preparation of adopting these building types.
