Bid Proposals: The Assistant Vice President of Procurement Services at Montclair State University will receive bids for Request for Proposal 1623 Renovations: Development & Alumni Engagement by May 27, 2025 at 2:00 p.m., when they will be publicly opened in the Third Floor Lobby of the Overlook Corporate Center, 150 Clove Road, Little Falls, NJ 07424.
Scope of Services Overview: The project consists of all labor, materials, equipment and disposal to perform the following: Renovations to 14 Normal Avenue, Montclair, NJ 07043 for the public office spaces. Work shall include, but not limited to, New drywall, ceilings, trim and painted walls, removal of closet in conference room, new flooring and refinishing, and millwork; relocate first floor restroom door to allow for Americans with Disabilities (ADA) compliance; refinish fireplace and mantel; adequate power and data installation; installation and relocation of lighting.
