The United States Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Office of Procurement Operations (OPO) Science and Technology Acquisitions Division (STAD), on behalf of the DHS Directorate of Science and Technology (S&T) Office of Science and Engineering (OSE) Systems Engineering and Standards (SES) Division, is issuing this Request for Quotes (RFQ) 70RSAT25Q00000049 for a Subscription to a Comprehensive Standards Access Toolkit.
These standards (see the list of Standards-Developing Organizations (SDOs) included herein) are vital for ensuring public safety, law enforcement, immigration enforcement, and other mission-critical activities. By leveraging these standards, DHS can enhance operational efficiency, ensure compliance, reduce risks associated with nonconformance, and increase interoperability across its components. This subscription service shall provide DHS with a streamlined platform to access, search, and manage a wide array of industry, management, and safety standards.
This anticipated effort consists of a one-year base period with two (2) potential one-year option periods, for a potential total, if both options are exercised, of three (3) years. The contract type of this anticipated purchase order award will be Firm Fixed Price (FFP).
In accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Homeland Security Acquisition Regulation (HSAR), the details of this solicitation are provided in the documentation and Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs) included herein.
Offerors must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) before an award, if any, can be made. To register with SAM, go to https://www.sam.gov.
The evaluation of quotes and an award, if any, will be based on FAR 15.101-2, Lowest Price Technically Acceptable Source Selection Process (LPTA).
Thank you for your interest and we are looking forward to your quotes.
