Multiple NSNs & PNs in support of the Patriot Weapons System

The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) is issuing a Multiple NSNs, OEM Raytheon Patriot Missile and other Weapon Systems; Sole

Source Long Term solicitation SPRRA2-25-R-0017 to add parts to a subsumable contract under the “Alpha 6” long-term contract (LTC) Umbrella contract currently under negotiation that will succeed the DLA-Raytheon Depot Level Repairable (DLR) SPRBL1-15-D-0017(Alpha 5) LTC. The associated parts are listed in Enclosure 1 of this document. The parts will support the

Patriot Missile and other systems. This subsumable add-on will include a total of twenty-seven (27)

NSN/Part numbers (see Enclosure 1) Identification of Requirements (IOR) and Proposal Information.

This is a sole sourced requirement for Raytheon Company and as such is being procured in accordance with

FAR 6.302-1(a)(2) “…only one or a limited number of responsible sources, and no other type of supplies or

services will satisfy agency requirements...”

The following timelines are proposed in this RFP:

1.Indicate your intention to provide a responsive Increment add-on proposal to this RFP in writing

within five (5) business days. It is requested that a negative response be accompanied by an

explanation. Responses shall be provided to the contracting team identified above.

2. Your response is requested as soon as possible. If you choose to submit a

proposal, it shall be submitted before 5:00 P.M. Central Standard Time (CST) June 30, 2025.
