- TRANSACTION FEES: The awarded vendor shall pay a transaction fee of 0.75% (.0075) of the award, not to exceed $5,000 for each award. This transaction fee shall be based on the original award amount and the awarded vendor shall be responsible for payment of the fee to Tyler Hawaii, the vendor administering the HIePRO. Payment must be made to Tyler Hawaii within thirty (30) days of receipt of invoice. The invoice is generated based on the date the award is posted.
- QUESTIONS ABOUT THIS SOLICITATION: Unless otherwise indicated, questions regarding this solicitation must be directed to the Buyer listed.
- RESPONSE TO THIS SOLICITATION: Only responses submitted through HIePRO shall be considered for award.

Capitol Modern, The Hawaii State Art Museum, (formerly known as HISAM) is seeking bids
for lighting fixtures and accessories manufactured by Lighting Services, Inc.
The goods ordered are needed to replace lighting fixtures that have broken or become
otherwise inoperable. The lighting track system installed in our galleries was manufactured
by Lighting Services Inc. This is a proprietary track system. As such, no light fixtures other
than those manufactured by Lighting Services Inc. will work with our existing track system.
The specific light fixtures and accessories being requested for this solicitation will be listed
in detail below. The manufacturer's spec sheets will be listed as well for clarity.
The specific light fixtures being requested must each feature an integrated dimmer
potentiometer.
This solicitation calls for an itemized quotation with a single bid amount that must include
the cost of the requested goods, applicable taxes, and shipping to our facility at 250 South
Hotel Street, Honolulu, HI 96813.
Payment will be made by PO from the State Foundation on Culture and the Arts, an
attached agency of the State of Hawaii's Department of Accounting and General Services
(DAGS).
Delivery of goods should occur no later than June 26, 2026.
