This solicitation is for a spares procurement of a commercial item for the P8aircraft.
This solicitation will be using competitive procedures.Quotes may be emailed tothe below address and must be received by 04:30PM EST on the closing date,listed in block 10 on page 1 of this solicitation:

Quotes received after the closing date are considered to be late and will notbe considered for award.
If only one acceptable quote is received in response to this solicitation,competitive procedures will shift to sole source negotiations.This requirementcan only be procured from Original Equipment Manufacturer(OEM) , aircraftprime, or suppliers who provide Federal
AviationAdministration (FAA)-Certifiedparts which possess an FAA Authorized ReleaseCertificate, FAA Form 8130-3Airworthy Approval Tag from certified repairstations pursuant to 14 CFR Part145, or a Certificate of Conformance for new items.
In response to this solicitation, award(s) will be made to the eligible,responsible quotes(s) whose quote istechnically acceptable and which isdetermined most advantageous to the Government, Price and Delivery considered.
ALL CONTRACTUAL DOCUMENTS (I.E. CONTRACTS, PURCHASE ORDERS, TASK ORDERSDELIVERYORDERS AND MODIFICATIONS) RELATED TO THE INSTANT PROCUREMENT ARECONSIDERED TO BE "ISSUED" BY THE GOVERNMENT WHEN THE COPIES ARE EITHERDEPOSITED IN THE MAIL, TRANSMITTED BY FACSIMILE, OR
SENT BY OTHER ELECTRONICCOMMERCE METHODS, SUSH AS EMAIL. THE GOVERNMENTS ACCEPTANCE OF THE CONTRACTORSPROPOSAL CONSTITUTES BILATERAL AGREEMENT TO "ISSUE" CONTRACTUALDOCUMENTS ASDETAILED HEREIN.
