This is a Notice of Intent to Sole Source to Infinite Technologies, Inc IAW FAR 6.302-1 Only One Responsible Source, resulting from proprietary technology. Please see attachment for subject Salient Characteristics.

The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) has been determined to be 518210 - Computing Infrastructure Providers, Data Processing, Web Hosting, and Related Services, with a small business size standard of $40M.

This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes; no solicitation or Request for Quotes will be forthcoming. However, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement no later than 28 May 2025 at 1:00 P.M. Alaska Time. The capability documentation should include product specifications. All documents submitted will not be returned.
