INVITATION FOR BIDS (IFB) No. 025-012

MANASSAS PARK STATION PARKING LOT MILLING AND PAVING

The Virginia Railway Express (VRE) is soliciting Bids to establish a Contract with one (1) qualified and experienced Contractor to mill, resurface and restripe the VRE Manassas Park Station Commuter Parking Lot located at 9300 Manassas Drive, Manassas Park, VA 20111.

If potential Bidders are accessing a copy of the IFB via VRE’s website, be advised that it is your responsibility to monitor this site for any addenda.  Failure to submit signed addenda may be grounds to declare your Bid non-responsive.  If there is a question about the closing date, the date printed on the IFB, or as Amended, is the most current.

A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting to discuss the requirements of this solicitation with prospective Bidders will be held on  June 4, 2025 at 10:00 A.M. EST, immediately followed by a site visit at the VRE Manassas Park Station located at 9300 Manassas Drive, Manassas Park, VA 20111.

Bids are due June 24, 2025 at 2:00 P.M. EST.
