NCO 4 has a requirement for a maintenance and support plan for myAvatar software services for the Philadelphia VAMC. NCO 4 intends to sole source this requirement to Netsmart Technologies, Inc. as they are the sole authorized provider of licensing, maintenance, project management and implementation for the support and deployment of Avatar and myAvatar software integration solutions and associated Netsmart software modules.
