THIS IS A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP/EVENT/SOLICITATION). Non-electronic and Email responses will NOT BE ACCEPTED.
The response must be submitted no later than the end date and time called for in the event.
The purpose of this RFP is to accept offers and contract with vendors to provide a source for maintenance services for State of Minnesota owned backup emergency generators.
The Minnesota Correctional Facility (MCF) - Faribault and Minnesota State Academies (MSA) - Faribault have a need for preventative maintenance services and repairs that are required on a scheduled or on an as needed basis for its emergency generators.
QUESTIONS. If you have questions about the contents of the RFP, you must submit your questions to Jeffrey Combs at jeffrey.combs@state.mn.us by 3:00 PM on March 17, 2025.
For questions about the SWIFT Vendor Supplier Portal, please contact the Vendor Help Desk at 651-201-8100, Option 1, Option 1.
