This is a notice of intent only. No offers are being requested or accepted with this notice. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR OFFERS AND NO CONTRACT SHALL BE AWARDED FROM THIS NOTICE.
In accordance with FAR 7.107-5(c) Notification to the public of consolidation of contract requirements, this notice is to provide notification that Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Land – Warren has determined that the consolidation of the two (2) requirements (both of which being Wheel Assembly, Pneumatic Tire) that were previously procured via separate contracts is necessary and justified. This consolidation meets the requirement of FAR 7.107 and the benefits of the consolidated acquisition would substantially exceed the benefits that would be derived from an alternative approach. The redacted Consolidation Determination detailing the rationale for the Government’s determination will be posted as an attachment to the solicitation once published to SAM.gov.
