The 42nd Contracting Squadron, 50 LeMay Plaza, Bldg. 804, Maxwell AFB, AL requires the procurement of Interactive Whiteboard on Board Computers for Barnes Center for Enlisted Education at Maxwell AFB-Gunter Annex, AL. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
The solicitation number for this procurement is F2XHC84320A001 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses (see Attachment 2) are those in effect in the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-02, Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) 20241218 and Department Air Force Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DAFFARS) 2024-1016.
