The U.S. Army, 928th Contracting Battalion (CBN) / Regional Contracting Office (RCO) Bavaria intends to issue a solicitation to award a commercial, Single Award, Firm-Fixed Price (FFP), Indefinite Delivery Type (IDT) contract for the U.S. Army Garrison Bavaria. This requirement will include all refuse collection for both Tower Barracks-Grafenwoehr and Rose Barracks-Vilseck. The Period of Performance is expected to start on 01NOV2025 and includes a one (1) year Base Period with four (4) one-year Option Periods IAW FAR Clause 52.217-9. The Product Service Code (PSC) code for this requirement is S205 (Trash/Garbage Collection). The Government anticipates releasing the solicitation under full and open competition before the end of calendar year 2025, but the Government reserves the right to delay or cancel the solicitation at any time prior to award. This notice merely serves as the synopsis for this contract requirement; the solicitation will soon follow.
