The APEX Accelerators program was formerly known as the Procurement Technical Assistance Program (opens in new window) (PTAP).
Objectives: The service objective is to provide qualified personnel to perform LabVIEW software and National Instruments hardware support and training.
Scope: The types of services to be performed are as follows:
● LabVIEW software support
● LabVIEW software training
● LabVIEW software development
● Software consulting
● System development
● National Instruments hardware consulting
Contractor Requirements (PWS 1.6.8.2): The Contractor must be a National Instruments Alliance Partner (NI and their Technicians have all the below certifications) with at least 5 Certified LabVIEW Architect’s (CLA) and Certified LabVIEW Developer’s (CLD) on staff in order to handle short notice assistance and consultation with WDTC instrumentation personnel in support of Test Programs being conducted at WDTC. The Contractor must also have a Value-Added Reseller (VAR) contract with National Instruments. The Contractor must have both Project Management and Technician capabilities in order to assist DPG personnel. The Contractor must also have on staff a NI Certified Professional Instructor (CPI) for future training courses to be conducted at DPG. The Contractor must be available on short notice (within 1 day) to respond to emergent test situations or consultation requirements. These requirements of this paragraph will be verified by the Government technical expert and the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) prior to commencement of duties.
