ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
Fire Station #10, Springdale, AR
Milestone Construction Company, LLC will be accepting subcontractor and supplier proposals for the above-mentioned project for the City of Springdale, AR. We invite you to bid on any Bid Package in which you specialize. All bids received shall be submitted in accordance with the requirements listed in the construction specifications and Construction Manager’s Bid Manual. Bids will be due by Wednesday, May 28, 2025 at 2:00 PM CST.
BID PACKAGES
Bids will be received for Bid Packages 1A – 32D.
PROCESS FOR SUBMITTING BIDS:
Sealed bid proposals will be accepted with a description and number of the corresponding bid package number. Faxed and/or emailed Bid Packages will be accepted with a hard copy followed up within 48 hours. Please send faxed bids to 479-751-4841 and emailed bids to mdavis@mstonecc.com .
All bids received shall be submitted in accordance with the requirements of the proposal requirements listed in the project specifications. Bids must be based on a lump sum contract and submitted on the supplied bid form. The bid form and packages may be obtained from Milestone Construction Company.
Bids will not be opened publicly.

OBLIGATIONS OF BIDDERS:
Successful bidders providing a complete, responsive and responsible bid will be required to execute a Project Contract with Milestone Construction Company, LLC. Bidders must be prepared to provide insurance as specified in the Construction Management Manual portion of the bidding documents. Bidders must comply with all regulatory and licensing requirements of the State as well as all other applicable State statutes.
Bidders must acknowledge all addenda and/or Construction Manager’s Clarifications on the bid proposal form.
By providing a bid, your firm accepts the obligation to honor the bid for a period of 60 days after the bid opening.
Milestone Construction Company reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informality or irregularity in any bid.
Milestone Construction Company encourages all small, minority, and women-owned business enterprises to submit bids for this project.
