Project: Restroom Facilities for City Parks, City of Conway, Arkansas
The City of Conway, Arkansas is soliciting bids for two new restroom facilities for the City of Conway Park system. The project consists of two separate buildings located in two separate parks – Martin Luther King Jr. Square and Pompe Park. Pompe Park Restroom building is 267 sq. ft. with Men’s, Women’s and Family restrooms. MLK JR. Square is 140 sq. ft. with single Family restroom. The work will include concrete foundations, concrete block masonry, glass unit masonry, wood roof framing, painting, metal doors and frames, toilet accessories, aluminum windows, sheet metal roofing, cement board siding, plumbing, electrical work, ventilation systems and more. Responsive bidders shall include all fees, associated costs, taxes and any other cost items in their bids.
Sealed Bids must be delivered to the City of Conway Procurement Department, 1111 Main Street, Conway, AR no later than 2:00 P.M., local time, Tuesday, June 10, 2025 to be considered and will be opened in the City Hall first floor conference room. Late bids will not be considered.
