NOTICE TO BIDDERS
El Dorado Water Utilities, El Dorado Arkansas will accept sealed bids for its pea gravel, topsoil, red clay sand, SB2, A-stone & B-stones for a period of two (2) years beginning July 01,2025 continuing until June 30, 2027.
Bids shall be for materials conforming to requirements for Class 3 or class 5 aggregate, section 403 of the 1996 Edition of the Arkansas state highway commission standard Specifications for highway construction.
The unit price bid shall be per cubic yard to include fuel and all applicable taxes. The Above specifications are available at the Office of Public Works.
All bids for the above must be in the El Dorado Water Utilities Office by 2:00 p.m. Wednesday June 18, 2025.
Please Specify “BID” on the outside of the envelope c/o Shane Gibbons.
El Dorado Water Utilities reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids received.
