Description

The NOAA Facility located at 726 S. Kihei Rd, Kihei, Hawaii on the island of Maui currently has three buildings on approximately 1.3 acres of property, located between two county parks. The three buildings consist of the following: office spaces, a community center, visitor center, bunk room, classroom, and bathrooms. The Classroom Building (CB) requires its HVAC to be repaired as mandated under statutory authority for facilities maintenance, 41 CFR Part 102-74 Facility Management, through the authority of 40 U.S.C. 121(c).
