he Regional Transportation Commission of Southern Nevada (RTC) is soliciting the fabrication and furnishing of 24 General Market bus stop bus shelters, benches, and trash cans.
FEDERAL FUNDS
: This project is federally funded. The RTC's contract goal is stated in the Instruction Solicitation Document. Proponents must submit the Federal Conditions forms (with required signatures where indicated) as part of the Bid response and document submission.

Contract Exception Consideration Form - This form must be used for requested clarifications, changes, or exceptions to the Sample Contract, or Insurance requirements. One (1) form will need to be completed for each requested exception and sent via email to the Purchasing Contact by the deadline for questions. Responses will be provided as an attachment and uploaded through an addendum.

Insurance Requirements - Failure to Maintain Coverage: If the Service Provider fails to maintain any of the insurance coverages required herein, RTC may withhold payment, order the Service Provider to stop the Services, declare the Service Provider in breach, suspend or terminate the Contract, assess liquidated damages as defined herein.
