The Indian Health Service (IHS), Albuquerque Area, is conducting market research to identify potential sources capable of providing preventive maintenance, repair services, and associated support for the EMS AirFlow Prophylaxis Master dental equipment.
NAICS Code: 811210 – Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance
The prospective contractor would be responsible for furnishing all labor, supervision, tools, materials, parts, equipment, and incidentals necessary to perform specialized preventive maintenance and repair services. This requirement also includes the ability to provide a rental/loaner unit when the Government’s unit is undergoing service.
Services would support the following facility:

The anticipated requirement may include a 12‑month base period and two (2) 12‑month option periods. Potential service elements may include, but are not limited to: annual preventive maintenance, rental or loaner unit fees, an initial service/labor or diagnostic fee, and repair parts necessary to restore equipment to full functionality.
Response Instructions:
This is a sources sought notice under the authority of the Buy Indian Act. The Indian Health Service (IHS) is attempting to locate qualified and eligible Small Business Indian Firms, “Native American Indian Owned and Operated businesses,” that can provide services/supplies to the Indian Health Service. This is a request for information only, this is not a solicitation. Responses to this notice are not considered offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. Any information submitted by respondents to this notice is strictly voluntary with no obligation or incurred cost by the government.
