The 22d CES at McConnell Air Force Base requires the removal, disposal, and replacement of an inbound traffic vehicle gate at the base Petroleum, Oils, and Lubricants (POL) area. For complete details, refer to the attached Statement of Need and specifications.
The contractor shall provide and install a new aluminum vehicle gate system. The scope of work includes the removal and proper disposal of the existing gate. The contractor will then install the new aluminum gate, all new hardware, and an additional set of photo-eye safety systems. The new gate and photo-eye system must be fully integrated with the existing government-owned gate operator to deliver a complete and fully functional system upon project completion.
A site visit is scheduled for April 29, 2026, at 0800 CST. A pass request form for base access will be included in the solicitation package.
