The Contractor shall provide all personnel necessary to perform all services required of this contract, starting on day one and lasting through the entirety of the contract. This includes contractor personnel providing technical support as Site Managers, Air Traffic Controllers, Administration, and ATCALS Maintenance Lead Technician (where applicable) and Weather Observing/Weather Augmentation (where applicable). This includes meeting all site minimum-manning requirements. The Air National Guard’s (ANG) requirements for Air Traffic Control Services, Weath Reporting, and Air Traffic Control (ATC) and Landing Systems Maintenan Services Air Traffic Control Operations, Management and Administrati services are for Ellington Field, Texas, Martinsburg Regional Airport, West Virginia, Quonset State Airport, Rhode Island, Rickenbacker International Airport, Ohio.
