The City seeks proposals from qualified Consultant(s) with demonstrated expertise to provide one or more of the following professional services:

• Fire plan review services

• Construction fire inspection services

• Planning and development of fire/life safety review services

• Fire Marshal technical advisory services

• Deputy Fire Marshal technical support services

• Specialized fire protection engineering and code consulting services

Multiple firms may be selected to provide these services to the City.

Services under this RFP are intended to support timely project delivery, specialized technical review, surge workload demands, and complex project needs. Services are supplemental in nature and are not intended to permanently replace ongoing City staffing functions.
