Description: The New York State (NYS) Office of General Services (OGS), on behalf of the Digital and Media Services Center (DMSC), through this solicitation, is seeking to contract with vendors to supply the equipment and crews required to uplink Serial Digital Interface (SDI) television signals from a meeting location via Ku band satellite space in downstate New York regions. The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to provide mobile satellite uplink services in the Downstate New York region. The Downstate New York region shall be comprised of Sullivan, Ulster, Dutchess, Orange, Putnam, Rockland, Westchester, Bronx, New York, Kings, Queens, Richmond, Nassau, and Suffolk counties.
