Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane (NSWC Crane) intends to negotiate and award an additional 12-months of Firm-Fixed-Prices (FFP) for up to 35 units with General Dynamics, Marion, Virginia, under current Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) N0016419DWP49, for new manufacture of AN/SPG-62 Reflector (P/N 6778045-50), for the MK-99 Fire Control System (FCS) for US Navy and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) customers, with an estimated modification increase to N0016419DWP49 IDIQ total of $15M resulting in a cumulative IDIQ ceiling of $31.4M. Current IDIQ N0016419DWP49 was awarded on a sole source basis in accordance with FAR 6.302-1(a)(2) only one responsible source without unacceptable delays. This modification will be awarded in accordance with Revolutionary FAR Overhaul 6. 103-1 only one responsible source without unacceptable delays. The requirement is being solicited on a sole source basis due to time sensitive requirements. NSWC Crane does anticipate to solicit a competitive follow-on procurement via SAM.gov for the AN/SPG-62 reflectors in Fiscal Year 2026.
