NYCCC Bronx Sidewalks and Walkways Repair

The OMH, NYCCC Bronx Campus is looking for quotes for the replacement of some sections of concrete slab, at the school yard of 1500 Waters Place Bronx, NY 10461 for building 37. There is about 650 square feet of slab which will need to be replaced.

Pre-bid Conference/Site Visit Registration Forms are due per the instructions in the RFQ by March 14, 2025, 3:00 PM ET.

There is a Mandatory Site Visit on March 18, 2025 at 9:00 AM ET.

Questions regarding this solicitation are due per the instructions in the RFQ by 3:00 PM ET, March 21, 2025.

Questions will be accumulated by OMH and responses will be sent to potential bidders on March 27, 2025. The Q&A will also be posted to the contract reporter.

Bids are due no later than 3:00 PM ET, April 3, 2025. No late bids will be accepted.
