In conjunction with OMNIA Partners, the State of North Carolina is providing the following
information for the solicitation opportunity:
OMNIA Partners Project Title: RFP# 26-04 Fuel Card Program
OMNIA Partners, Public Sector Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Omnia Partners”), in collaboration
with Region 4 Education Service Center (“Region 4 ESC”) as the Lead Public Agency, requests
proposals to result in a Contract (also known as a “Master Agreement”) for Fuel Card Program
Services and Related Solutions. Region 4 ESC is seeking a provider that has the depth, breadth,
and quality of resources necessary to complete all phases of the Contract. Region 4 ESC is acting
as the contracting agency for any other Public Agency that elects to utilize the resulting Master
Agreement.
A full copy of the Request for Proposals can be found on the OMNIA Partners online bidding
system [https://region4esc.ionwave.net/]. Only proposals submitted through the OMNIA
Partners online bidding system will be considered. Proposals are due no later than January 29,
2026, at 2:00 PM Central Time, and late proposals will not be considered.
This posting is NOT a State of North Carolina solicitation request but is provided as a courtesy
notification to North Carolina Vendors. The State of North Carolina may or may not elect to
