Bid Description:
Brattleboro Development Credit Corporation (BDCC) is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to conduct a preliminary design and feasibility analysis for the potential redevelopment of six properties into apartments. The properties are currently used for office and other commercial spaces that were previously single family homes.

The purpose of this engagement is to determine the optimal use of each building to support workforce housing. The analysis will focus on identifying practical redevelopment scenarios that balance housing unit yield with upfront renovation costs.
