Conducting Procurement Unit: Department of Curriculum
Provo City School District is seeking to adopt comprehensive elementary and/or secondary Mathematics curricula for:
● Grades K–6 across 13 elementary schools.
● Grades 7–8 across 2 middle schools
● Grades 9–12 across 3 high schools
It is anticipated that this RFP will result in a single contract award to the responsive and responsible vendor with the highest score justified by the procurement code.
The closing date and time for this sourcing event is Friday October 17th, 2025 @ 2:00 PM Mountain Time. It is your responsibility to make sure you submit your response by the date and time indicated above.
The Contract resulting from this RFP will be for a period of seven (7) years with a possible extended 1-3 year renewal.
All pricing must be guaranteed for the entire term of the contract.
