Twin City Trail Connection

The City of Fitchburg is seeking qualified bidders to provide paving and roadway reconstruction services, including but not limited to milling, full depth reclamation with calcium chloride, grading and compacting, paving of various courses, concrete and granite curb construction and reconstruction, asphalt berm and sidewalk construction and reconstruction, structure adjustments, and installation of signing and striping.

General Contractor Bids will be received at the office of the Chief Procurement Officer, Fitchburg Municipal Offices, 718 Main Street, Fitchburg, MA until April 30, 2026 at 11:00 AM, and at that time and place publicly opened and recorded.

This solicitation is being conducted in accordance with the provisions of Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 30, 39m, and any resulting contract will be strictly awarded in accordance with the requirements of the solicitation. The City of Fitchburg reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bids received, or to reject any and all bids, wholly or in part.

Specifications, Terms and Conditions and Forms may be obtained via the City’s website at www.fitchburgma.gov , under Current Solicitations. Bidders shall examine all information and materials contained in and with this solicitation. Failure to do so shall be at the bidder’s risk.
