The U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT), Office of the Senior Procurement Executive (OSPE), in support of the Office of Inspector General (OIG), is pleased to announce the release of the Request for Proposal (RFP) for Audit Management Services.
This RFP seeks proposals from qualified vendors to provide a Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) Audit Management System (AMS) that meets the OIG’s functional, technical, and security requirements. The purpose of this procurement is to modernize and enhance the OIG’s audit tracking, project management, documentation, and reporting capabilities. Interested vendors are encouraged to review the RFP and the associated Final Question and Answer (Q&A) sheet, which reflects vendor inquiries and the Government’s responses.

The DOT Office of Inspector General (OIG) anticipates the award of a Firm Fixed Price Task Order.
The period of performance for this Task Order is for Five (5) years, one (1) base period and four (4) one-year option periods. The award will be based on the best value.
