The Town of Madison (hereinafter “Town”) and Madison Public Schools (hereinafter “MPS”) is seeking qualified contractor bids for Renovations to the Baseball Field at Daniel Hand High School, 286 Green Hill Road, Madison CT 06443. Work generally includes conversion of an existing natural turf baseball field to synthetic turf and associated improvements.

The project Bid Documents may be obtained on the Town’s website, Town of Madison’s website, under the “Resources and Forms” tab, then “Bid/RFP Postings” on or after March 3, 2026.

All Requests for Information (RFI) related to this ITB must be submitted via e-mail to For security reasons, you must enable JavaScript to view this E-mail address. no later than 12:00 noon, Friday March 20, 2026. Each proposer is responsible for checking the Town’s website to determine if the Town has issued any addenda and, if so, to complete its bid in accordance with the Invitation to Bid as modified by the addenda. Final Addenda shall be posted by Thursday, March 26, 2026.

A MANDATORY Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on Tuesday, March 17, 2026 at 12 Noon starting at the Town of Madison/ Madison Public Schools - Facilities Department, 284 Green Hill Road, Madison, CT. Contractors who are on record as attending the previous prebid meeting for ITB 25-1112 “Renovations to the Baseball Field at Daniel Hand High School” (Wednesday May 14, 2025) need not attend. Contractors are required to participate in the site visit to view existing conditions. This will be the only opportunity to view the project sites.

Bidder shall provide ONE (1) ORIGINAL of their complete bid package, including Bidders Qualification Statement, Non-Collusion Affidavit, Affirmative Action/ EOO Affidavit, bonds and other documents required in the Instruction to Bidders.

Bids shall be received no later than 1:00 P.M. local time on Thursday, April 2, 2026.

The Town/ MPS will not accept submissions by e-mail or fax. The Town/ MPS will reject bids received after the date and time noted above.
