Notes
PURPOSE: The purpose is to renew year 2 of RFP 2024-03-011 FANS Uniforms and Footwear bid for Plano ISD Food and Nutritional Services (FANS). Footwear vendors will be expected to fit district employees on site twice per year for proper fit. This RFP includes but not limited to the purchase of:
  • Uniforms
  • Footwear

Each vendor is grouped according to awarded bid lines. Please enter pricing for awarded bid lines for your company only. No alternative will be accepted unless item is discontinued.
A listing of specific items to be proposed upon is provided with this solicitation. This is a proposal process, terms or prices may be negotiated. Any negotiable criteria will be established and notifications will be made to potential contractors.
ANNUAL EXPENDITURE: The estimated expenditure for this contract is approximately $75, 000.00 per year. However, this estimate should not be construed to be a guarantee of either minimum or maximum since usage is dependent upon actual needs and available funding. This estimated expenditure may be exceeded by 10% annually.

TERM: This is the second (2) renewal option with the effective dates to begin on March 31, 2025 through March 31, 2026 . Four additional one (1) year renewals will be available for a possible total length of contract to be approximately five (5) years if agreed to in writing by both parties.
All pricing shall be firm and calculable at the time of sale during the life of the contract and must conform and comply with the proposed pricing in response to the original solicitation.
This proposal may be awarded to one or multiple vendors by line item, section or package as determined to be best value to the District.

Contract YR2 (Option):    March 31, 2025 - March 31, 2026

Contract YR3 (Option):    March 31, 2026 - March 31, 2027

Contract YR4 (Option):    March 31, 2027 - March 31, 2028

Contract YR5 (Option):    March 31, 2028 - March 31, 2029
