Notice of Intent to Sole Source - Vertical System Storage Maintenance

This notice serves to inform the public of the Government's intent to award a sole source contract in accordance with FAR 5.201(b)(1)(i). This announcement is for informational purposes only and does not constitute a request for competitive proposals; therefore, no solicitation document is available for this requirement. While responses to this notice of intent to sole source are not anticipated, interested parties who believe they can fulfill the requirements are encouraged to submit comprehensive information in writing, detailing their capability to provide the specified supply. In accordance with FAR 5.203(a)(1), submissions must be received by 2:00 pm PDT on 27 May 2025.

The Government reserves the right to make a determination not to compete this requirement based on the responses received. Any information submitted will be evaluated solely to assess the feasibility of conducting a competitive procurement.

355 CONS intends to award a sole source 5-year IDIQ for the procurement of the following service to Interior Solutions of Arizona:

Hanel Lean Lift Vertical Storage racks for Parachutes - Semi-Annual Inspections

Preventative and Corrective Maintenance.
