Janitorial Services for USDA APHIS PPQ CHRP, Palm Bay Work Unit

The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS), Plant Protection Quarantine (PPQ) intends to award a firm fixed price commercial services contract for janitorial services at their facility in Orlando, Florida. Please read the performance work statement that outlines the requirements of the janitorial service needed for the facility. The Contractor shall furnish all management, supervision, qualified custodial employees to provide janitorial services in accordance with the requirements specified herein. Approximately Total space is 8,000 Sq. Ft. The facility has 1 floor, 2 bathrooms, 6 office rooms, and 1 conference rooms.

Quoters are advised to carefully review the RFQ’s quotation package required submittals specified in this document. Missing, incomplete, or ambiguous information may result in unfavorable evaluation for that factor and may not be considered for award. The Government reserves the right to award to other than the lowest priced offer. It is the quoter’s responsibility to ensure completeness of the quotation package being submitted, so please be sure to read through the complete instructions.
